01What services do we provide?

We will provide you with either comparable details of firms most appropriate to your lending or purchase requirements or general information relating to finance products. In assessing your requirements we may seek such information about your personal circumstances and objectives as might be relevant in order to enable us to identify your needs. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information. You will not receive advice, or a recommendation from us, but we may ask questions to narrow down the selection of firms offered, from which you can more easily make your own choice if you so wish.

02Whose products do we use?

As a Financial Conduct Authority regulated credit broker we can introduce you to a range of lenders who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products and services.

03The charge for our services

We charge a fee of £230 plus VAT for our services and will receive commission from the Leasing Company, dealer or manufacturer funder for providing you with your chosen vehicle or product. Dependent on the product, term or requested purchase method, we are paid a commission by the finance provider or lender once the agreement is live. The commission we receive may be pre-set but can vary and may impact the amount payable by the customer.

B&B Vehicle Contracts Ltd are a broker and not a lender and work with multiple suppliers and funders. If you would like more information in regard to the disclosure of commission, please email [email protected].

Additional fees may be charged by the lender and these will be specified in advance on the quotation in all cases where this is so.

04Who regulates us?

LetsLease Car Leasing Limited is an appointed representative of B&B Vehicle Contracts Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (registration number 656300). Permitted activities include acting as a credit broker not a lender.

We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We will receive a payment or payments, or other benefits, from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with them. The payment we receive may vary between finance providers and product types.

All finance applications are subject to status. Terms and conditions apply. UK residents only, aged 18 or over. Guarantees may be required.

05If you have a complaint

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us and we will do our best to put it right. You can contact us by telephone on 0118 304 5889 or by writing to us at 28 Broad Street, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 1AB.

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and send you a final response within eight weeks. If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if eight weeks pass without one, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge. You normally need to do this within six months of our final response. Not every customer is eligible to use the Financial Ombudsman Service, and we will tell you whether you are eligible when we send our final response.
