01 Who we are and who regulates us
LetsLease Car Leasing Limited is an appointed representative of B&B Vehicle Contracts Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number 656300).
Our permitted activities include acting as a credit broker, not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We receive a payment or other benefits from finance providers should you enter into an agreement with them. The amount we receive may vary between finance providers and product types.
All finance applications are subject to status. Terms and conditions apply. UK residents only. Applicants must be 18 or over. Guarantees may be required.
02 Our fees
We charge an arrangement fee of £230 plus VAT for our services. This is payable at the point of your order and can be paid by secure payment link or bank transfer.
On some orders our arrangement fee is higher than £230 plus VAT. Where that applies we will tell you the exact amount before you commit to anything, and it will be shown on your quotation and on your order form in the same place as the monthly rental figures. You will never be asked to pay a fee you have not already seen in writing.
If your finance application is declined, no arrangement fee is payable.
03 Cancellation charges
If you choose to cancel your vehicle order, you may be liable for costs already incurred. These can include our arrangement fee and any charges passed on to us by the funder or the supplying dealer. Charges from a funder or dealer are most likely where a vehicle has been built to your specification, or has already been registered or delivered.
We will tell you what those costs are as soon as we know them, and we will not charge you more than the costs actually incurred.

Regulated customers Private individuals, sole traders, or partnerships of fewer than four people. If you cancel within 14 days of placing your order, our arrangement fee is refunded. If you cancel for any reason after 14 days from the point of order, our arrangement fee is non-refundable. |

Non-regulated customers Limited companies, or partnerships of four or more people. Our arrangement fee of £230 plus VAT is non-refundable if you cancel your order for any reason at any time after the order is placed. |
